The board approved Pay Application #16 to Professional Building Services (PBS) in the amount of $662,759.02 for work completed through February 20, 2026. Marshall noted recent severe weather, including a tornado in Lake Village, Indiana, that decimated a local solar installation, raising concerns about biohazards and damaged farmland. Officials clarified that the recent solar farms sparking debate are located in unincorporated Monee Township, which falls under Will County’s jurisdiction rather than the Village of Monee’s direct authority.
