According to the meeting agenda, bids for the pantry project were opened on November 7, 2025. Under “Old Business,” Trustee Terri L. Boles made the motion to approve the expenditure, which was seconded by Trustee Deborah Burgess. The board voted 4-0 to approve the construction costs.

The need for food assistance remains active in the township. Supervisor Donna Dettbarn’s report noted that between October 10 and November 14, 2025, the township processed 92 pantry intakes. Additionally, the township reported a total of $5,147.16 spent on General Assistance and Emergency Assistance for the reporting period.
