A bid opening was held on November 17, 2025, resulting in the receipt of one bid that met the district’s requirements. The bid came in at $553,500. Officials confirmed that the bidder provided the necessary $10,000 deposit.

“We were in receipt of one bid that met the minimum price established by the Board of Education,” an administrator reported to the Board.

The district’s attorney is currently working with the buyer’s legal representation to finalize the contract terms. A resolution to approve the sale is being prepared for the Board’s consideration at the December 16 meeting. Due to the upcoming holidays, the transaction is expected to close in January.
