The hearing is set for August 26, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Peotone Fair Grounds. Newquist remained at the meeting to answer questions from the Board.

Additionally, Supervisor Donna Dettbarn informed the Board of a “Notice of Public Hearing” for the TIF #5 Redevelopment Project Area. This hearing is scheduled for August 27, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Monee Village Hall’s new location. Dettbarn serves on the Joint Board of Review regarding the TIF district.
