The board also approved a $4,000 agreement with Elevate Hope to support the organization, which the agenda indicated provides financial classes.
Finally, the board voted to provide $300 to the Village of University Park for an event celebrating “100 Years of Black Excellence.”
All three agreements were approved by a 4-0 vote, with Supervisor Donna Dettbarn, Trustee Burgess, Trustee Boles, and Trustee Billy Morgan voting in favor.
